Finally got around to seeing "It Might Get Loud" ...

...so included this short piece of an interview with Jimmy Page. This newer documentary has renewed my admiration and awe of Jimmy Page: his vision and talent and creativity and love of music. He's damned rock royalty. The high priest. Look around at the other musicians his age and how they've aged, why they're still in the game. Mick Jagger is a goddamned joke - plastic surgery and yachts and model girlfriend/wives. I don't know what the hell I'm talking about, maybe JP has had all that and more, except that while watching "IMGL", and seeing the joy that would show on JP's face when listening to a piece of music he appreciated made ME smile. He had the spark, and still does.
